PSY 1100 - Probabilistic Thinking
An introductory course that teaches quantitative methods used in psychology along with psychological findings about how people think about probabilistic information. The course integrates techniques, strategies, and methods of critical thinking designed to compensate for systematic psychological errors. Specific topics covered include: descriptive and inferential statistics, and human judgement and decision making.
